About The Position

Apple Valley Village Health Care Center, a Cassia community, is hiring a Culinary Assistants to join our team. Teamwork and respect are very important to us. No experience is needed as we will provide training to set you up for success. As a Culinary Assistant at Apple Valley Village Health Care Center , you will gain valuable knowledge and experience by serving our residents, employees, and family members’ meals. Requirements

• Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
• Compassionate, positive attitude and team player.
• Previous serving/dining experience is plus, but not required! We will train!

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents, staff, and families.
• Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and sanitary dietary department.
• Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms.
• May support kitchen staff with duties such as prepping food.
• Complete additional tasks as needed.
