About The Position

Carver Ridge Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and passionate Culinary Assistant/Server to join their team and help seniors Age Magnificently. This role is part of a Lifespark Senior Living Community, where employees become family and impact the lives of residents. Carver Ridge, located in Carver, Minnesota, is a 70-unit community offering Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. The community boasts stable leadership, a cheerful staff, and has been recognized as Best in Senior Living in 2021 and 2022. The Culinary Assistant/Server will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, distribution, and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff, while fostering an environment that promotes resident well-being.

Requirements

Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
Must possess advanced computer skills.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

Set up room trays and tables in dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food.
Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable.
Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.
Soak, scrub, scrape and wash soiled dishes.
