About The Position

Harrison Bay Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Culinary Assistant/Server to join their growing team. Harrison Bay Senior Living is a beautiful facility located in Mound, MN, with 72 total units across memory care, assisted living, and independent living. The team at Harrison Bay is creative, fun, and dedicated to helping residents 'Age Magnificently!' This role is crucial in impacting the lives of residents by providing excellent culinary and service support.

Requirements

• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
• Must possess advanced computer skills.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up room trays and tables in the dining room.
• Serve and bus trays.
• Pour and cover beverages.
• Assist in preparing and covering food.
• Transport carts to appropriate areas.
• Deliver trays, when applicable.
• Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
• Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.
• Soak, scrub, scrape, and wash soiled dishes.
