About The Position

Carver Ridge Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and passionate Culinary Assistant/Server to join their team and help seniors Age Magnificently. As a Culinary Assistant/Server, you will become part of the family and impact the lives of residents in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. Carver Ridge, located near downtown Carver, Minnesota, is a 70-unit community offering Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. The community boasts stable leadership and a cheerful staff, and was voted Best in Senior Living in 2021 and 2022.

Requirements

Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
Must possess advanced computer skills.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation, distribution, and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff.
Create an environment that promotes resident well-being.
Set up room trays and tables in the dining room.
Serve and bus trays.
Pour and cover beverages.
Assist in preparing and covering food.
Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable.
Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.
Soak, scrub, scrape, and wash soiled dishes.
