About The Position
Buddy’s Harbor Boutique Resort & Marina is seeking a Culinary Apprentice / Cook. This is a hands-on apprenticeship-style role where you will work alongside experienced chefs and learn technique from the ground up, building a foundation for a career in food. The resort is expanding its culinary offerings with a full, high-end international dinner menu and a gourmet burger kitchen, building on the success of its artisan wood fire pizzeria. This role offers the opportunity to learn classic French cooking, artisan wood fire pizza, and wood fire cooking from award-winning chefs.
