We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Culinary Aide / Server to join our team and help create a warm, welcoming dining experience for the elders we serve. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain or maintain a Food Handler Certification (we can help!)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain (we can help!)
- Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Current TB test
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
Nice To Haves
- A passion for serving seniors and providing excellent customer service
- Bilingual is a plus
- Food service experience preferred (healthcare or senior living experience is a plus)
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and quality
Responsibilities
- Serving meals, snacks, and beverages to residents
- Taking food and drink orders in the dining room
- Assisting with food preparation and presentation
- Washing dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen and dining areas
- Assisting with food storage and inventory
- Supporting special events and community gatherings
- Helping ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Creating a positive dining experience through friendly, respectful service
