About The Position

The finish line of the Job Corps journey is really a starting line — and you'll be the one who helps students cross it. As a Career Transition Services (CTS) Specialist, you'll provide the transitional support and placement services that lead students to full-time jobs, higher education, or advanced training, turning hard-earned skills into real, lasting opportunity. Job Corps is a transformative program that provides education, vocational training, and career readiness to young adults. In this role, you'll be there at the most pivotal moment — helping students overcome transitional barriers and step confidently into careers, further education, or advanced training that shape the rest of their lives.
