The CTS Specialist is responsible for providing transitional, placement, and follow-up services to former enrollees and graduates, ensuring compliance with government and management directives. This role serves as the primary contact for graduates and former enrollees during their transition, placement, and follow-up phases. Key duties include initiating transitional support referrals to external agencies, contacting employers and one-stop centers to facilitate initial placements, and maintaining regular contact with former students to provide necessary services and document their progress in an automated case management system. The specialist is also tasked with verifying, documenting, and reporting placements according to PRH requirements using the automated system and ETA-678. Collaboration with career development specialists, career technical training instructors, and workforce development centers across the state is essential. Additionally, the position involves producing and distributing placement and follow-up reports and performing other assigned duties.
