This role is responsible for the management of outreach and admissions (OA) and career transition services (CTS) activities, ensuring compliance with government and management directives. The position involves planning, coordinating, and supervising the administrative and programmatic activities of the department, evaluating staff performance, managing expenditures, and assisting in policy development. It also includes assessing and auditing offices for contractual compliance, overseeing student recruitment, directing career transition services, and tracking contract performance to meet goals.
