The CTE Coordinator is responsible for the recruitment and identification of qualified students for Career Technical Education (CTE) programs. This role involves implementing presentations and on-site visitations for prospective candidates, maintaining communication with home schools and parents regarding student progress, and assisting teachers with daily classroom issues and attendance for CTE students. The coordinator also provides career-related presentations and activities, acts as a mentor to the student CTE population, and supports CTE instructors with program requirements such as Program Advisory Committee Meetings, Program Certification, and Accreditation. Additionally, the position involves coordinating and supporting the SkillsUSA chapter at Robert D. Stethem Educational Center.
