CT / X-Ray Technologist (Edwardsville Outpatient Center)
About The Position
BJC HealthCare System is seeking a Full-Time CT / X-Ray Radiology Technologist (Days) for Edwardsville Outpatient Center. This position involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures in at least one advanced imaging modality (defined as Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Interventional, Mammography, Bone Density, Cardiac Catheterization) on adults and/or pediatric patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment, and quality control. The technologist will prepare patients and equipment for procedures and perform studies independently, in on-call situations, portable exams, and other sites as required by the work area. The role offers cross-training in CT and a differential for CT certification.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree or Trade School equivalency (or higher level of education)
- Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography - R.T.(R) and/or CT
- IEMA - Illinois only, excl MRI
- RTR,CT,MR,M,BD,CI,VI,RCIS,RCES
- No Experience
- No Experience (Supervisor Experience)

Responsibilities
