About The Position

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist for a travel contract position in Anchorage, Alaska. This role involves working in an Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility, primarily focusing on Computed Tomography (CT) procedures. The position requires flexibility, as the technologist will cover both CT and General X-ray, and may need to float to Providence Alaska Medical Center. The contract is for 13 weeks, with a start date of ASAP. The shift is Days, consisting of 4x10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, with additional call responsibilities.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CT experience.
• Experience with older GE and Siemens CT scanners.
• Experience covering both CT and General X-ray.
• Must be willing to float to Providence Alaska Medical Center.
• AHA BLS certification.
• ARRT (R) certification.
• ARRT (CT) certification.
• Ability to work in both CT and X-ray environments.
• Willingness to float between facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform Computed Tomography (CT) procedures.
• Perform General Diagnostic X-ray procedures.
• Operate GE 16-Slice CT Scanners and Siemens CT Systems.
• Operate Siemens Portable X-ray and GE C-Arm.
• Provide Modified Barium Swallow (MBS) imaging support.
• Operate Fuji Digital X-ray Equipment.
• Utilize Epic charting system for documentation.
• Work effectively in both CT and X-ray environments.
• Float between facilities as needed, including Providence Alaska Medical Center.
• Provide call coverage 2-3 nights per week.
• Work weekends as required.
