About The Position
Arise CareStaff is looking for an experienced CT Technologist (CT Tech) to work for our client hospital in Apple Valley, CA. This is a Per Diem position with flexible scheduling options. The role involves computer charting using Epic.
Requirements
- Current California (CA) CRT License
- Current A.R.R.T certification
- BLS certification by the American Heart Association
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a CT Technologist (CT Tech)
Responsibilities
- Operate CT scanner to produce cross-sectional images of the body.
- Position patients and equipment correctly for imaging procedures.
- Administer contrast media as required.
- Monitor patients during procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
- Perform quality control checks on CT equipment.
