About The Position

This is a limited-term internal traveler position for a CT Technologist. The role is benefit eligible and has an end date on or before August 1, 2027. The hourly rate is $105. The position is eligible for overtime and pays an on-call rate of $6.50 per hour. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered. The position is not eligible for shift differential, incentive pay, merit increases, or market adjustments.

UVA Health is a Magnet Recognized academic medical center and health system with a level 1 trauma center. The system includes UVA Health University Medical Center, a National Cancer Institute-designated cancer center, UVA Health Children’s, three community hospitals, and an integrated network of primary and specialty care clinics.

Requirements

• One year of relevant experience required.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist credential through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT R.T.) required.
• ARRT (CT) certification required.
• American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification required.

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Two years of CT Technologist experience preferred.
