About The Position

Arise CareStaff is looking for an experienced CT Technologist (CT Tech) to work for our client hospital in Apple Valley, CA. This is a travel assignment with a shift of Day 3x12-Hour (06:00 - 18:30) / Day 3x12-Hour (08:00 - 20:30). The position involves computer charting using Epic.

Requirements

• Current California CRT License
• Current A.R.R.T R certification
• BLS certification by the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 1 year experience working as CT Technologist (CT Tech)

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Epic charting system

Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanner to produce cross-sectional images of the body.
• Position patients correctly for imaging procedures.
• Administer contrast media as required.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Perform quality control checks on CT equipment.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
