About The Position

Arise CareStaff is looking for an experienced CT Technologist (CT Tech) to work for our client hospital in Apple Valley, CA. This is a travel assignment with a shift of Day (3x12 Hours) 6:00-18:30 or Night (3x12 Hours) 17:45-6:15. The role involves computer charting using Epic.

Requirements

• Current California CRT License
• Current A.R.R.T R certification
• BLS certification by the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 2 years experience working as CT Technologist (CT Tech)

Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanner to produce cross-sectional images of the body.
• Position patients correctly for scans.
• Administer contrast media as required.
• Monitor patient vital signs during procedures.
• Maintain patient records and documentation.
• Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of CT equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and radiation protection standards.
• Utilize Epic for computer charting.
