CT Technologist Dayshift
About The Position
As a CT Technologist with Corewell Health at Farmington Hills Hospital, you will perform accurate diagnostic CT exams while following applicable regulations and ALARA principles of radiation protection. You will contribute to the care of patients and their families as part of a collaborative healthcare team. The role is full-time, with a day shift scheduled for 40 hours per week. Hours are 6 a.m. to 4 p.m., workdays vary, and the position includes every third weekend. Corewell Health Farmington Hills Hospital is a 305-bed teaching facility with Level II trauma status. The hospital opened in 1965 as Botsford General Hospital. Corewell Health offers a comprehensive benefits package intended to support financial, health, and work/life balance goals. Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent.
- Graduate of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT)-accredited radiography program.
- One year of relevant experience.
- One to three years of experience beyond staff radiographer level.
- ARRT registration as a Radiologic Technologist required upon hire.
- ARRT registration as a Computed Tomography (CT) technologist required; this requirement excludes team members hired prior to 2008.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required upon hire.
