About The Position

As a CT Technologist with Corewell Health Farmington Hills Hospital, you will perform accurate diagnostic CT examinations while following applicable regulations and ALARA principles of radiation protection. The hospital is a 305-bed teaching facility with Level II trauma status. This is a full-time, day-shift position with 40 scheduled hours per week, working 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on variable days and every third weekend.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent.
• Graduate of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT)-accredited radiography program.
• Required: CRT-Radiologic Technologist registration through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), upon hire.
• Required: CRT-Computed Tomography (CT) certification through ARRT; one year required. This requirement excludes team members hired before 2008.
• Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through either the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, upon hire.

Nice To Haves

• One year of relevant experience; 1–3 years of experience beyond staff radiographer level is preferred.
