This position performs diagnostic computed tomography (CT) and computed tomography angiography (CTA) scans, along with all associated post-processing procedures. The role involves archiving data into the PACS system, maintaining accurate records of daily operations, and ensuring optimal diagnostic quality. Services are provided for patients from pediatric through geriatric age groups. The CT Technologist is responsible for maintaining equipment and supplies, demonstrating the knowledge and skill to effectively utilize required equipment, and identifying/meeting the individualized needs of all patients. They will also assist physicians during procedures as needed, ensuring the safety of staff and patients. The CT Technologist works under the daily supervision of the lead Technologist and reports to the Director of Medical Imaging.
