About The Position

Under the direction of the Department Manager and in association with radiologists, the CT Technologist conducts themselves professionally, responds to patient needs, and supports colleagues and associates in providing quality patient care. The technologist performs services in accordance with accepted standards of practice and demonstrates expertise in minimizing radiation exposure to patients, themselves, and other members of the health care team.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology.
• Cross-trained in Cat Scan.
• Florida Certified Radiologic Technologist General Radiographer qualifications license required.
• ARRT(R) required.
• BLS required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Nice To Haves

• Computer Tomography qualifications preferred.
• ARRT(CT) preferred.
