CT Technologist- Part Time Evenings
About The Position
Jefferson Radiology, a Radiology Partners practice, is hiring a part-time CT Technologist for an on-site evening/second-shift position in Glastonbury, Connecticut. The role provides computed tomography procedures and produces imaging using CT technology. The technologist assists physicians in formulating medical diagnoses, conducts CT exams, and documents clinically appropriate results for interpreting physicians and patient records while complying with safety and regulatory requirements. The position also requires applying radiation-safety knowledge to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff. Jefferson Radiology is the largest radiology practice group in Connecticut, with ten imaging centers and affiliations with regional hospitals. Requirements
- ARRT Certification and a State Radiologic License.
- CT Registry (ARRT) required within six months of hire.
- Two to three years of radiology/CT experience, particularly hands-on scanning experience for CT 3D work.
- MRT Certification from the State Medical Board.
- Advanced venipuncture proficiency.
Responsibilities
