About The Position

Precision Imaging Centers is seeking an experienced part-time CT Technologist for its Gate Parkway team in Jacksonville, Florida. The role offers a flexible schedule and a hybrid remote arrangement, in which the technologist performs CT scanning remotely using an approved platform while working closely with onsite imaging and clinical staff to support patient safety, image quality, and a positive patient experience.

The employee must live in or near Jacksonville and be able to report to the Gate Parkway center for initial and ongoing training, equipment or system downtime, and other operational needs requiring onsite support. The position is in an outpatient-only setting, with no call or overnight shifts.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current Florida Radiography License.
• ARRT Certification in Computed Tomography (CT).
• Current BLS Certification.
• Previous CT scanning experience.
• Experience with contrast-enhanced CT examinations and venipuncture.
• Strong computer skills and ability to adapt to remote imaging technology.
• Must reside in or near Jacksonville, Florida, and be able to report onsite when needed.
• Able to work independently and communicate and collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Remotely operate CT imaging equipment through the approved remote scanning platform.
• Perform diagnostic CT examinations, including contrast-enhanced studies, according to established protocols.
• Collaborate with onsite technologists and clinical staff on patient positioning, preparation, and safety.
• Monitor examinations remotely and maintain clear communication with onsite personnel throughout scanning.
• Evaluate image quality and make adjustments as needed to support accurate diagnostic imaging.
• Follow radiation safety, contrast administration, and imaging protocols.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with onsite staff as needed.
• Report to the Gate Parkway location for training, system downtime, or other operational needs requiring onsite coverage.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory and safety standards.
