About The Position
VitalHire is hiring a travel CT Technologist (Computed Tomography) to work at an acute care hospital in Mason City, Iowa. The assignment is a 13-week contract with one opening, beginning November 2, 2026. The day shift runs from 06:30 to 18:00, totaling 36 hours per week. Pay is $2,580 per week, calculated at $71.68 per hour for 36 hours. Eligible candidates may receive a housing and meals stipend of up to $1,267 per week, based on the GSA FY2027 maximum for this location. VitalHire provides weekly direct deposit and a dedicated recruiter who supports candidates from submission through their final shift. The company also offers assistance with licensing, credentialing, and onboarding. Contract extensions and new assignments are often available.
Requirements
- Any Iowa license or certification required for this role.
- ARRT (R) with CT credential (ARRT (CT)) or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of recent Computed Tomography experience in acute care.
- BLS (AHA).
