About The Position

Saint Mary’s Regional Health System is seeking a CT Technologist to perform safe, accurate, high-quality imaging and provide compassionate patient care. The role includes supporting patients before and during procedures, helping maintain smooth imaging operations, and contributing to a supportive radiology environment. The position is full-time, day shift, with rotating call and rotating holidays. A $10,000 bonus is offered.

Requirements

Graduation from an ARRT-, JRCERT-, ARMRIT-, or NMTCB-accredited program in Radiologic Technology, Radiation Therapy, MR, or Nuclear Medicine.
Arkansas state Radiation Operator Certificate, or willingness to work under the supervision of an ARRT(CT) technologist until ARRT(CT) is obtained.
BLS certification.
Strong patient-care skills and ability to work with all age groups.
Ability to lift and move patients and work safely around biological and chemical hazards.

Nice To Haves

One year of experience in Radiologic Technology, Radiation Therapy, MR, Nuclear Medicine, or CT procedures.
Associate's degree.

Responsibilities

Perform CT imaging exams and ensure high diagnostic quality.
Review patient histories and provider orders.
Educate and prepare patients for procedures.
Administer contrast media within scope and monitor patient responses.
Maintain equipment, perform quality checks, and report issues.
Document and transmit scan results, and communicate them as appropriate.
Support performance improvement and continuing education.
Work flexible shifts and participate in on-call rotations.
