About The Position
The CT Tech position is a full-time role requiring 60 hours per pay period, with 12-hour varied shifts. The role demands scheduling flexibility throughout the week, including weekends, nights, and holidays, and participation in an on-call rotation. This position is located at Scripps Mercy Hospital San Diego in the Hillcrest community. Scripps Mercy Hospital San Diego is recognized for its specialty services, including a Level I Trauma Center emergency room, outpatient physical rehabilitation, minimally invasive robotic surgery, and a childbirth unit. The hospital is also ranked by U.S. News & World Report for its high performance in orthopedics specialty care and several programs, including heart attack, heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, prostate cancer surgery, and stroke. Requirements
- BLS from the American Heart Association.
- CRT
- Venipuncture class completion. Certificate must be provided at application; 10 sticks must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Completion of a formal training/educational program in an approved school of Radiology
- CT Scanning/Imaging experience in a hospital or clinic setting
