About The Position

This position involves performing routine CT scans per radiologist protocols in an independent manner. The technologist will work in an acute hospital setting, utilizing Meditech EMR, Canon/Toshiba CT units, and Vitrea workstation. Responsibilities include conducting venipuncture, performing MIP, MPR, and 3D imaging, and assisting with procedures such as biopsies, drainages, vascular or cardiac imaging, trauma, or stroke imaging. Holiday coverage is required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Current State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license as a radiographer.
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Computed Tomography (CT).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Travelers not possessing an active State of Hawaii license must apply upon acceptance of the offer and must obtain the Hawaii License before the start of the assignment.
• Proof of flu vaccination or a facility-approved application for a medical or religious exception will be required prior to the contract start date.
