About The Position
Mayo Clinic Radiology department is expanding its innovation, education, and technology. As we acquire advanced, high-technology scanners, we are seeking skilled CT Technologists to join our team. CT Technologists are responsible for operating computerized tomography equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic cross-sectional images for radiologist review. This role requires an understanding of growth and development principles across the lifespan and the ability to assess patient status and interpret age-specific needs. Cross-training opportunities may be available for qualified x-ray technologists.
Requirements
- One year radiologic technologist experience required.
- Graduate from an accredited Radiography program of study required.
- ARRT (R), Arizona CRT and CTCT.
- ARRT (CT) preferred and required within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities
- Operate computerized tomography equipment to produce quality diagnostic cross-sectional images of any part of the body for review and interpretation by a radiologist.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development of the life span.
- Assess data reflective of the patients status and appropriately interpret information relative to the patients age-specific needs.
