About The Position
Arise CareStaff is looking for an experienced CT Tech to work for our client healthcare facility in Hanford, CA. This is a travel assignment with a duration of 13 weeks. The position requires computer charting using Cerner.
Requirements
- Current A.R.R.T certification
- BLS certification by the American Heart Association
- Fluoroscopy license in state of employment
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as CT Tech
Responsibilities
- Operate CT scanner to produce cross-sectional images of the body.
- Position patients and equipment correctly for imaging procedures.
- Administer contrast media as required.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Perform quality control checks on CT equipment.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
