About The Position
Arise CareStaff is looking for an experienced CT Tech to work for our client healthcare facility in Bakersfield, CA. This is a travel assignment with a job duration of 8 weeks. The position requires computer charting using Cerner and Epic systems.
Requirements
- Current A.R.R.T certification
- BLS certification by the American Heart Association
- Cerner AND Epic experience required
- Minimum 6 months of EPIC experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as CT Tech
Responsibilities
- Operate CT scanner to produce cross-sectional images of the body.
- Position patients and equipment for imaging procedures.
- Administer contrast media as required.
- Monitor patients during procedures.
- Maintain patient records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
- Utilize Cerner and Epic for computer charting.
