About The Position

Precision Imaging Centers is seeking a PRN CT Technologist for their Gate Parkway location in Jacksonville, FL. This outpatient-only setting offers a consistent Sunday schedule (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) and is ideal for technologists seeking regular PRN hours. The role involves performing CT examinations, including contrast studies, with a focus on patient comfort, safety, and diagnostic excellence in a modern environment. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Current Florida Radiologic Technologist License
• ARRT Certification in Computed Tomography (CT)
• Current BLS Certification
• Experience with venipuncture and IV starts

Responsibilities

• Perform CT examinations according to physician orders and established protocols
• Prepare patients for procedures and explain the examination process
• Position patients accurately to obtain optimal diagnostic images
• Administer contrast media as appropriate
• Evaluate image quality and repeat scans when necessary
• Perform routine quality assurance and equipment checks
• Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient care
