About The Position

This PRN Cardiothoracic Surgeon role involves practicing big-city medicine with a small-town feel in Billings, Montana. The position offers the opportunity to work with a team of board-certified CT surgeons, cardiologists, and vascular surgeons, providing full-spectrum care with a focus on high-quality patient experiences. The role is based at Intermountain Health: St. Vincent Regional Hospital, a Level 1 Trauma Center, Certified Stroke Center, and accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI. The practice utilizes EPIC EMR and offers opportunities for mentorship, leadership, program expansion, and professional growth within a supportive team dynamic. The clinic is conveniently located adjacent to the hospital.

Requirements

MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.
Residency or Fellowship trained in Thoracic and Cardiac Surgery.
Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline.
Active, unobstructed Montana medical license, or the ability to obtain one.
Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.
Passion for CT surgery.
