About The Position

We are seeking an experienced CT Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a Medical Imaging department in Peoria, Illinois. The CT Supervisor is responsible for supporting department workflow, coordinating imaging team activities, and ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance. This position works closely with Medical Imaging leadership while providing guidance and operational support to team members. The Supervisor may also perform direct patient care and imaging procedures as qualified to support department needs. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced imaging professional ready to grow into leadership or continue developing their healthcare management career.

Requirements

• Associate degree, certificate, or degree from a formal Radiologic Technology program
• Current ARRT registration
• Current Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) radiology license
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Medical Imaging modality
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with solid computer skills

Nice To Haves

• 7 or more years of experience in a Medical Imaging modality
• Enrollment in or completion of a Bachelor's degree program
• Previous supervisory or people management experience
• CT or Medical Imaging leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily CT and Medical Imaging department operations
• Coordinate the activities and workflow of imaging team members
• Support a positive and patient-centered imaging experience
• Ensure high-quality imaging services and patient care
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and departmental requirements
• Collaborate with Medical Imaging leadership on department operations
• Provide guidance, support, and direction to imaging team members
• Identify workflow challenges and support operational improvements
• Assist with direct patient care and imaging procedures as qualified
• Promote effective communication and collaboration across the department
