About The Position

The CT Clinical Education Specialist delivers clinical education on Siemens CT imaging systems and components through expert in-person, remote, and virtual training. The role promotes customer excellence and represents Siemens Healthineers and Clinical Education professionally. The specialist works with modality team members to develop clinically relevant knowledge and expertise that support a positive customer experience. The position may also support Education and Workforce Solutions deliverables, including Siemens FlexForce engagements such as FlexForce Tech and FlexForce Coach. It is remote and requires at least 95% travel, generally on weekdays, with two to four overnight stays per week. Travel may extend beyond the geography named in the posting. Occasional, infrequent requests for out-of-scope hours or weekend support may occur. The specialist prepares regulatory-approved documentation and helps create, revise, and maintain education materials; trains staff on the safe and effective use of Siemens equipment; completes regulatory, administrative, and core-process requirements; and independently manages time, priorities, projects, and travel. The role also coordinates training activities intended to support clinical outcomes, patient care, workflow, and productivity, and maintains clinical and technical competency through continuing education and Siemens training programs.

Requirements

Valid ARRT certification/licensure in Computed Tomography.
At least 3 years of recent clinical CT scanning experience on contemporary Siemens CT equipment and software.
Proficiency in routine CT imaging on contemporary Siemens CT systems.
Must reside within one hour of the airport associated with the posted position.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Reliable high-speed home internet access for required Siemens training, virtual meetings, collaboration, and assigned customer-facing remote education sessions.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
PC proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree.
At least 5 years of clinical CT scanning experience.
Proficiency in Cardiac CT, including CaSc, CCTA, and TAVR; Dual Energy CT; CT Intervention; Neuro Perfusion; Pediatric Imaging; and syngo.via post-processing.
Teaching experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver clinical training on Siemens CT imaging systems and components in person and/or remotely or virtually.
Train technologists, physicians, physicists, and other staff to use Siemens equipment safely and effectively for newly installed systems, software or hardware upgrades, and ongoing or remedial training.
Prepare and gather regulatory-approved documentation for end-user training.
Contribute to the creation, revision, and maintenance of education materials and offerings.
Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Complete regulatory and core-process requirements, including timecards, travel booking, expense reporting and reconciliation, vendor credentialing, training in-service reports, and other assigned administrative tasks.
Independently manage time, priorities, projects, travel, and administrative responsibilities as a remote employee.
Coordinate and facilitate training activities that support clinical outcomes, patient care, workflow, and productivity.
Maintain clinical and technical competency through continuing education and participation in Siemens training programs.
Support Education and Workforce Solutions deliverables, potentially including Siemens FlexForce Tech and FlexForce Coach engagements.
