We are currently seeking a C&SU Coordinator for a site-based contract role in Northern Saskatchewan. This position follows a 2 weeks in / 2 weeks out rotation with 11-hour days and includes flights and camp from Saskatoon & Prince Albert only. Contract Duration: Through to the end of November, with the potential for extension based on project needs and performance. This role is responsible for supporting and leading commissioning activities on a major project site, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution from planning through to turnover.

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of commissioning, construction, or industrial project experience
Strong coordination, communication, and field leadership capability
Computer proficiency
WHMIS certification
Previous industrial or site-based experience

Nice To Haves

Mechanical or Instrumentation trade background considered an asset
Valid First Aid certification is an asset

Responsibilities

Lead commissioning activities safely in alignment with all site safety systems and requirements
Coordinate and direct commissioning teams to execute work according to approved plans and procedures
Plan and support commissioning activities across multiple project areas in collaboration with engineering and construction teams
Execute field commissioning activities in accordance with schedules, drawings, and commissioning plans
Coordinate daily with operations and construction teams to ensure smooth execution of commissioning work
Source, organize, and manage permits, tools, and equipment required for field execution
Verify completion, accuracy, and readiness of commissioning tasks completed by field teams
Ensure turnover documentation is complete, accurate, and meets quality expectations
Confirm all work is completed in accordance with design drawings, specifications, and project requirements
