About The Position

Sentar is seeking a CSSP Account Management Officer in Adelphi, Maryland. This role creates and configures user accounts for Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP) subscribers and personnel across dedicated systems, ensuring appropriate access and functionality. The officer conducts ongoing account management, monitors account activity, identifies inactive accounts, and promptly terminates accounts for users who have left the organization. The role also provides technical support by troubleshooting access issues and implements and enforces role-based access control (RBAC) policies based on systems and user roles to maintain security and compliance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; a related field is preferred.
At least 6 years of experience.
Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

Create and configure user accounts for CSSP subscribers and personnel across dedicated systems.
Ensure accounts have appropriate access and functionality.
Monitor account activity and identify inactive accounts.
Promptly terminate accounts for users who have departed the organization.
Troubleshoot and resolve users' access issues to minimize operational disruption.
Implement and enforce role-based access control (RBAC) policies, tailoring account and system permissions to user roles.
