About The Position

Sentar is seeking a CSSP Account Management Officer in Adelphi, Maryland. The role manages user accounts for Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP) subscribers and personnel across dedicated systems, ensuring accounts have appropriate access and function correctly. The officer monitors account activity, identifies inactive accounts, terminates accounts for users who have left the organization, troubleshoots access issues, and implements role-based access control (RBAC) policies tailored to users’ roles and systems to maintain security and compliance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; a related field is preferred.
At least 6 years of experience.
Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

Create and configure user accounts for CSSP subscribers and personnel across dedicated systems.
Conduct regular account management activities, including monitoring account activity and identifying inactive accounts.
Promptly terminate accounts for users who have departed the organization.
Troubleshoot and resolve user access issues to minimize disruption to operations.
Implement and enforce role-based access control (RBAC) policies, tailoring account and system permissions to user roles.
