As a Remote Benefits Representative, you'll meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone consultations, educate families on supplemental benefit programs, help clients choose solutions that fit their needs, build lasting client relationships through exceptional service, participate in ongoing training and professional development, and work independently while collaborating with a supportive remote team.

Requirements

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Windows-based computer with webcam
Professional workspace suitable for virtual meetings
Ability to obtain any required state insurance licensing (licensing guidance provided)
At least 18 years of age
Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
Self-motivated
Coachable
Comfortable working independently
