Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails
• Greeting customers who walk into the office
• Work as part of a team to grow and improve the business
• Assist with taking Greyhound reservations
• Take care of any walk-in customers
• Janitorial duties including cleaning restrooms and the office
• Making change for passengers
• Selling tickets to walk-in passengers
• Ensuring passengers get to their buses on time and are on the correct bus
