Responsibilities
- Respond to customer emails
- Greeting customers who walk into the office
- Work as part of a team to grow and improve the business
- Assist with taking Greyhound reservations, taking care of any walk in customers
- Janitorial in cleaning the restrooms and cleaning up the office
- Making change for passengers
- Selling tickets to walk in passengers
- Ensuring that the passengers are getting to their buses on time and are on the correct bus
