CSR II Escrow

About The Position

Assists in the Escrow area by performing various duties related to escrow analysis, including individual and mass analysis, handling new loans and new construction, waiving escrow, and approving statements and refund checks. The role also involves reviewing reports, managing email correspondence, performing clerical duties, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Two to five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Accurately and efficiently process transactions.
Proficient in Word & Excel.
Follow established policies, procedures & guidelines.
Demonstrate analytical decision making and problem solving skills.

Nice To Haves

Prior history working with Property Taxes, Insurance, or Escrow helpful.
Black Knight System experience.

Responsibilities

Perform individual escrow analysis as needed.
Justify excess escrow shortages, surplus, and significant payment changes.
Perform required mass escrow analysis annually.
Perform new loan analysis as needed.
Assist with New Construction mid-year review and analyze loans as needed.
Remove Property Taxes, Homeowners insurance and/or both to close escrow.
Approve Escrow Analysis Statements and Refund Checks.
Review reports showing additional website payments made to escrow for review/research and analyze as needed.
Review reports showing additional payments made to escrow for review/research and analyze as needed.
Research, reanalyze and send letters for Escrow Overdraft Report as needed.
Work email and other mail related items as needed.
Perform various clerical duties, including the filing and imaging of documents and correspondence in the appropriate loan files.
Provide superior customer service, both written and verbal, to homeowners, bankers, and other vendors.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by Manager.
