This role is responsible for promptly responding to customer quote requests by navigating the quote generation process, which typically requires input from pricing, scheduling, engineering, and quality teams. The position also involves processing incoming orders, facilitating reviews and responses from various internal teams, and monitoring customer supplier websites to respond to RFQs, POs, and other requests. Additionally, the CSR I will provide timely responses regarding order status, delivery date adjustments, and expedited production, proactively notifying stakeholders of shipment status or delays. Effective management of all customer communications, both written and verbal, is crucial, ensuring professionalism and accuracy. Coordination with the accounting department for customer credit, invoicing, and past-due balance resolution is also a key responsibility. The role may include other duties to support the organization's vision and values.
