About The Position

The Exterior Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas assigned. This role requires the ability to perform essential duties safely and may involve additional tasks as assigned. The position involves collecting trash from various exterior locations, cleaning and maintaining entryways, balconies, and patio areas, and performing tasks related to inclement weather. Daily duties include wiping down surfaces, sweeping, and cleaning elevators. The role also requires knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals.

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team.
• Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment.
• Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
• Completed all safety and task training certification.

Nice To Haves

• 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Collect Trash – Daily - 1 x Parking garages – all levels
• Entry walkways
• Patio and pondside seating areas
• Wiping down and cleaning receptacles, as needed
• Policing immediate exterior of properties to pick-up trash and debris
• Clean dock and side storage area
• Entryways and Balconies – Daily – 1 x
• Remove litter, debris and bird soil, as needed
• Sweep and/or spot clean, as needed
• Remove cobwebs in corners and spot clean doors and surrounding glass
• Move/Reset/Wipe down furniture as needed
• Inclement Weather, when applicable
• Remove snow/ice during inclement weather
• Patio Areas – Check areas daily
• Remove litter, debris and bird soil, as needed
• Wipe down furniture - Daily
• Spot clean flagstone, as needed
• Wipe down elevators panels - daily
• Vacuum elevators
