About The Position

We are looking for a confident self-starter who works well independently. Must have great attention to detail, be proficient with Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills and focused on deadline achievement. Previous call center and or office experience is preferred. Bilingual English / Spanish is desired but not required. Founded in 1989, Mid-Atlantic Finance has become the premier non-prime auto finance source in the automotive industry. Requirements

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to type 45+ WPM
Prioritized multi-tasking
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Maintain high quality performance within deadlines provided
Able to sit at desk for prolonged periods at a time

Nice To Haves

Previous call center and or office experience is preferred
Bilingual English / Spanish is desired but not required
Financial Services and/or Auto Industry experience helpful

Responsibilities

Conduct outgoing calls to introduce the company to the customer
Contact customers to gather information, complete verifications and update records
Perform compliance audits completing corrections as needed
Maintain electronic records and files, backing up completed work
Build and create Excel spreadsheets
