CSP Engagement Specialists will place outbound call, as well as answer return calls, to members to determine eligibility and enroll in the cancer support program.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age OR older
  • 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook) as your primary work tools
  • 1+ years of experience in Telephonic Customer service
  • Ability to work full time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00 am - 7:00 pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of experience taking in a high-volume call center environment
  • Experience working within a medical / behavioral setting (e.g. hospital, managed care organization, OR joint medical / behavioral outpatient practice)
  • Bilingual fluency with English and Spanish
  • Experience working within multiple complex systems simultaneously to complete required tasks
  • Experience working with populations experiencing a cancer diagnosis

Responsibilities

  • Complete thorough documentation of call interactions with real time talking and typing
  • Serve as a resource or Subject Matter Expert for team members or internal customers
  • Make outbound calls to members with a cancer diagnosis to provide education on the value of Cancer Support Program (CSP)
  • Data collection from members, inputting information into an assessment to determine eligibility
  • Coordinate information to clinical team partners
