The Combat Survivor Evader Locator (CSEL) Program Manager supports Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE) training programs by managing the preparation, configuration, accountability, and operational support of CSEL equipment used during training activities. This role ensures that training systems are properly maintained, issued, and integrated into course events in accordance with approved Programs of Instruction (POIs), governing directives, and established operational procedures. The CSEL Program Manager coordinates closely with instructor cadre, training leadership, and logistics personnel to ensure CSEL systems are available, functional, and configured to support realistic training scenarios. Responsibilities include equipment lifecycle management, inventory control, operational support during training events, and maintaining compliance with applicable security and accountability requirements. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical familiarity with personnel recovery communication systems, and the ability to support high-tempo training environments while maintaining strict accountability for sensitive equipment.
