About The Position

Navicore Solutions is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping individuals and families create, restore, and maintain financial wellness. We provide compassionate financial counseling to consumers nationwide in the areas of personal finance, consumer credit, student loans, foreclosure prevention, housing, disaster recovery, bankruptcy counseling, and financial education. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic mathematical and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with computers and standard office software
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and compassion when assisting clients
  • Ability to sit for an 8-hour shift while using headset to handle phone calls
  • Ability to type 40 words per minute

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients enrolled in our Debt Management Program (DMP).
  • Help clients manage their accounts, communicate with creditors, resolve concerns, and provide ongoing support throughout their financial wellness journey.
  • Handle primarily inbound phone calls from clients (average of 30 calls per day, 5-10 minutes per call).
  • Respond to emails and written inquiries from clients and creditors.
  • Provide guidance, support, and solutions regarding debt management program accounts.
  • Educate clients on creditor policies, program requirements, and available options.
  • Work with creditors to secure and maintain payment arrangements.
  • Deliver compassionate, professional service while helping clients remain engaged in their financial wellness goals.
