About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking compassionate individuals to join their team as Homemaker/Personal Care Assistants (PCA). This is a meaningful job where you can help seniors live safely and comfortably in their own homes. As a family-owned business with over 20 years of experience and locations across MA & NH, we offer opportunities for growth and rewarding work with flexible hours. We provide one-on-one client care.
Requirements
- Experience as a Homemaker, PCA, HHA, or caregiver preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying up)
- Meal preparation and grocery shopping
- Companionship and social interaction
- Running errands
- Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Help with mobility and transfers
- Monitor client well-being
- Provide compassionate, respectful care
