About The Position

Precoro is seeking a CS Operations Manager to architect the post-sales ecosystem, focusing on maximizing efficiency and achieving Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets. This role involves owning the HubSpot infrastructure, designing customer playbooks, and reducing operational friction for Customer Success Managers (CSMs), implementation consultants, and support experts. The ideal candidate will leverage their operational expertise to influence the growth of a rapidly scaling product.

Requirements

  • HubSpot & Data Expertise: Deep hands-on experience configuring HubSpot CRM, building advanced reports, and managing data hygiene.
  • High proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Analytical Polish: Ability to dissect large datasets, identify operational bottlenecks, and translate complex metrics into actionable commercial strategies.
  • Process-Driven Execution: Proven experience building scalable playbooks, automations, and workflows within a B2B SaaS or fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Autonomy & Influence: A proactive collaborator who can align multiple departments, support decisions with data, and autonomously drive complex projects.

Responsibilities

  • Architect the CS Tech Stack: Own, configure, and optimize HubSpot and its integrations to establish a flawless, automated single source of truth for all customer data.
  • Drive Revenue Strategy & Forecasting: Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide real-time insights to leadership, directly shaping annual revenue goals, churn risk mitigation, and expansion opportunities.
  • Scale Operational Workflows: Standardize and automate core CS processes—from onboarding to executive business reviews—aiming to cut down manual tasks by 20% and implementing major quarterly process upgrades.
  • Cross-Functional Enablement: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align revenue operations, and train internal CS teams to leverage tools with maximum efficiency.
