You will gain exposure to rapidly evolving digital asset and emerging technology matters, engage in sophisticated commercial technology and licensing transactions, and have significant responsibility and direct client interaction. Requirements

2–6 years of technology transactions, digital assets, fintech, corporate, or related transactional experience
Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent client service and communication skills
Strong academic credentials
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
Texas bar admission required or ability to become admitted

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with the evolving regulatory and commercial landscape surrounding digital assets and blockchain technologies is a plus

Responsibilities

Advising clients on cryptocurrency, blockchain, digital assets, fintech, or other emerging technology matters
Drafting and negotiating sophisticated technology, licensing, SaaS, cloud services, data, development, and commercial agreements
Supporting corporate transactions involving technology companies, digital assets, intellectual property, or emerging technologies
Advising startups, technology companies, financial institutions, investors, or other sophisticated clients
Managing multiple sophisticated matters in a fast-paced environment
Providing excellent client service and communication
