About The Position

The Crypto Project Technical Lead is responsible for providing advanced technical support and leadership for cryptographic projects, with a focus on Link Encryption Family cryptographic devices. This role requires hands-on experience with cryptographic equipment, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team.

Requirements

Active Top Secret clearance.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in cryptographic systems
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate and work with customers and team members.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications (or open-source alternative).
Willingness to travel 25%.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, computer science, Cyber Security or other related technical field.
5 years of experience with Link Encryption Family cryptographic devices.
A strong knowledge of Key Management Infrastructure, network engineering/configuration management and experience.
Other related technical training or certifications.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage cryptographic projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
Provide expert technical support for Link Encryption Family cryptographic devices, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cryptographic solutions into broader system architectures.
Develop and maintain documentation for cryptographic processes, procedures, and best practices.
Mentor and train junior team members on cryptographic technologies and practices.
Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations, including maintaining an active Top Secret clearance.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored cryptographic solutions.
